Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Whale Together ("Whale Together", "we", "us"), available at whaletogether.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Whale Together is

Whale Together is a software tool that receives trading signals (for example, from TradingView alerts) and relays them as orders to cryptocurrency exchange accounts that you connect using your own API keys. We provide automation and risk-management tooling. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, we do not manage money on your behalf, and we do not take custody of your funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service, and of cryptocurrency trading generally, is lawful in your jurisdiction. You may not use the service where doing so would be prohibited.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, two-factor authentication, and exchange API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. We recommend creating exchange API keys with trading enabled and withdrawals disabled. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

5. No financial advice

Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, or trading advice. Any strategies, indicators, educational material, or examples are for information only. All trading decisions are yours. You are solely responsible for the strategies you run and the orders they generate.

6. Trading risk

Cryptocurrency trading carries a high risk of loss, and automated trading adds technical risks such as delays, failed signals, or exchange outages. You accept these risks. Please read our Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties, including exchanges, signal providers, and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, rule changes, or actions. Your use of an exchange is governed by that exchange's own terms.

8. Fees and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Availability and "as is"

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Signals may be delayed, dropped, or fail to execute for reasons inside or outside our control. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whale Together and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Whale Together harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory local law grants you other rights.
