Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk and can result in the loss of all the capital you commit. Whale Together is an automation tool, not a financial advisor. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.

1. You can lose your money

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can move sharply against you at any time, including outside normal hours. You may lose some, all, or in leveraged positions more than your initial deposit. Past performance of any strategy, indicator, or market is not a reliable indicator of future results.

2. Leverage magnifies losses

Trading with leverage or on futures markets multiplies both gains and losses and can lead to rapid liquidation of your position. A small adverse price move can wipe out a leveraged position entirely.

3. Automated trading has technical risks

Whale Together relays signals to exchanges automatically. Automation introduces risks that can cause orders to be missed, delayed, duplicated, or placed at unexpected prices, including:

You are responsible for monitoring your bots and positions. Do not assume the system is running correctly without checking.

4. No advice and no guarantee

Nothing provided by Whale Together, including strategies, indicators, statistics, or educational content, is financial or investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We do not guarantee any profit, outcome, or level of performance. Every trading decision is yours alone.

5. You control your funds and keys

Your assets remain in your own exchange accounts. We act only on the API keys you provide, which we ask you to create with withdrawals disabled. You are responsible for the security of your exchange accounts and for the consequences of the orders your signals generate.

6. Regulatory and tax risk

Cryptocurrency regulation and taxation differ by jurisdiction and can change. It is your responsibility to ensure your trading is legal where you live and to meet any tax obligations. We do not provide tax or legal advice.

7. Seek independent advice

If you are unsure whether cryptocurrency or automated trading is appropriate for you, seek advice from an independent, qualified financial professional before you begin.

8. Your acknowledgement

By using Whale Together, you confirm that you understand these risks, that you are trading with money you can afford to lose, and that you accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
